Core Values at Nuqul Group

Definition :

Core Values are the agreed upon attitudes and behaviors that differentiate a working group, and gives it strength.

They are, if you wish, the marching orders that enable an army platoon to march "left right left right" in complete harmony and in a manner that provides them with pride - let alone efficiency.

As any member in the platoon that fails to comply with the rhythm is quickly identified, rejected, and penalized with military style punishment so it must be within organizations.

Behaviors that are out of synch with the organization's mode should be singled out, and addressed with utmost seriousness.

An army without discipline fails. Likewise an organization that does not fully commit to upholding its core values has little chance to survive especially if it faces a more disciplined organization.

Core Values :

Core Values are deeply ingrained principles which guide our actions. They serve as cultural cornerstones. They can never be compromised, either for convenience or short-term economic gain

They are the source of our distinctiveness, strength and alignment and must be maintained at all costs

At Nuqul Group, we believe that these core values are what we need to succeed in the future

At Nuqul Group, we also believe that these are the minimum behavioral and social standards required for any member in our Group

As some of these values are inspirational while others are minimum-to-play values, we opted not to differentiate between them. Thus all are presented as our core values that we all strive to conform to
